Training and Development
As a leading provider of laboratory services, we’re committed to the training and development of its staff, all of which undertake a comprehensive induction and training programme. This is complemented by annual competency assessments and mandatory training packages. All practicing scientists are registered with the HCPC and are educated to MSc level and must undertake continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain fitness to practice. I
