Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of an advantage as an inducement for action which is illegal or a breach of trust. A bribe is an inducement or reward offered, promised, or provided to gain any commercial, contractual, regulatory, or personal advantage.

Inuvi’s policy is to conduct all our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.

We will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate. However, we remain bound by the laws of the UK, including the Bribery Act 2010, in respect of our conduct both at home and abroad.

Modern Day Slavery Policy

Inuvi recognises that slavery and human trafficking remains a problem in global society and accepts responsibility for making all emnployees aware of the issue and will monitor our wider supply chain for compliance.

Inuvi is committed to ensuring that there is no modern day slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

Our internal Modern Day Slavery Policy reflects Inuvi’s commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

All Inuvi employees are expected and encouraged to report concerns to Inuvi’s Senior Management Team, who in turn are required to act upon them.
