GP Report Collection

We understand the complexities of collecting GP reports. Our dedicated team manages the entire process on your behalf, ensuring the speedy and secure delivery of all the health information you require.

Immediate Needs Annuity Assessment Service

Developed in partnership with Aviva, Just, Legal & General and National Friendly, our Immediate Needs Annuity Assessment Service simplifies the process of gathering the medical information required to underwrite an immediate needs annuity policy for individuals already receiving or about to receive long-term care. The service is currently run by Medicals Direct, part of the Inuvi Group.

Our 2-step approach is designed to make the collection of this medical information as straightforward as possible for you, your clients and / or their representatives.

Step 1

Our easy to complete Care Fees Plan Questionnaire (CFPQ) collects all the information required, including consent, to initiate the request for medical information. It also allows you to indicate which insurers you require terms from. The form only needs to be completed once to obtain terms from each of the participating insurers.

Step 2

Once we receive the completed CFPQ from you along with any other required documentation, for example, evidence of Lasting Power of Attorney, we will initiate the process of collecting all the necessary medical information your selected insurers require to underwrite and provide terms for your client’s annuity.  This may involve contacting the care recipient’s current or proposed care home, their GP and any other qualified person involved in their care.
